What are the shipping costs?

At NovaBath we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. That is why we take care of the shipping costs, so that you will not be faced with any surprises.

The only case in which an exception applies to this is if you are not at home on the agreed delivery date for larger special orders. We ensure that your order arrives to you safely and on time, without additional shipping costs!

How do I return my products?

At NovaBath we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer an extended 30-day return period. You have 14 days to return your order without giving a reason. You then have an additional 16 days to return your product stating the reason.

In the event of a return, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The return costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense. The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

What are the return costs?

At NovaBath we think it is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return a product, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

The only costs you will be responsible for are the return costs for returning the product to us. We do everything we can to make returns as easy and free of charge as possible!

What are the delivery times?

We process your order internally 1–3 business days (Tue to Fri) with careful quality control. We then ship via reliable couriers.

At NovaBath we ensure that all our products are carefully packaged and checked before they leave. However, damage can unfortunately occur during transport.

What to do in case of damage:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of receipt
  • Send us clear photos of the damaged product
  • We assess the situation and quickly offer a suitable solution

How much warranty is there on a product?

At NovaBath we fully support the quality of our products. That is why we offer a warranty of 3 to 10 years, depending on the collection. The specific warranty period for each product is clearly indicated on the relevant product page, so you always know where you stand.

What conditions are attached to the warranty?

At NovaBath we guarantee the operation of all our products within the stated warranty period. If your product becomes defective or does not function properly, please contact us at info@novabath.eu. Please state what exactly is defective and provide your order number.

Important warranty conditions:

  • Defects must be reported immediately after occurrence, provided the product is used correctly.
  • The warranty period starts on the date of purchase, so keep your invoice as proof of warranty.
  • The defective product should be retained and, if necessary, returned to NovaBath for assessment.

Our warranty does not cover cases of damage arising from the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear through use
  • Improper installation or mounting of the product
  • Improper handling, use or cleaning of the product
  • Improper repairs that fall outside our responsibility

In these cases the warranty is void and we cannot offer a replacement product or solution. To maintain the warranty, be sure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions, and have it installed by an experienced professional if possible.

How can I file a complaint?

We find it annoying if you are not satisfied with our products or services, and we do our utmost to provide a suitable solution.

You can submit your complaint by email to: info@novabath.eu. We will respond quickly and find a solution together.

By using our services you agree to our terms and conditions. However, we are always open to feedback and want to help you as best as possible, both within and outside the conditions.

At NovaBath you can always pay 100% securely via reliable payment services. We offer the following payment methods through our Shopify payment provider:

We are currently developing a showroom, but at the moment our products are only available online.

We do our best to include as many photos and detailed information as possible so you can make your purchase with confidence. If you still have doubts, you can always contact us for additional information.

Do you also take care of the installation of the bathroom?

We are fully specialized in high-quality sanitary products, but unfortunately we do not offer installation of the bathroom itself.

We can provide you with advice and are happy to answer all your questions about the installation. You can choose the ultimate professional who will realize your dream bathroom with our products. We are happy to help you with tips for finding the right installer!
